The Eagle Services Asia Long Service Award Dinner was a night of heartfelt recognition and celebration,honouring the employees whose dedication and craftsmanship have shaped the company’s journey over the decades.

Held at a grand ballroom filled with colleagues, families, and friends, the evening featured interviews with long-serving staff, emotional speeches, and moments of laughter shared across generations of the team. The atmosphere was warm and genuine, a reminder that behind every aircraft engine and every milestone stands a person with passion and pride in their work.

As the event videographer, I wanted to tell that story. The highlight video was designed to go beyond documenting the event, it weaves together snippets of speeches, interviews, and candid moments to reflect the values that make Eagle Services Asia what it is: loyalty, teamwork, and human connection.

From capturing applause and laughter to the quiet smiles during award moments, my goal was to preserve not just the visuals, but the feeling of gratitude that filled the room.

Behind the Shot

Covering a formal corporate dinner while maintaining cinematic flow takes planning and timing. For this shoot, I used a 4-camera setup to balance safe wide coverage with expressive close-ups, and dedicated audio recorders to ensure clarity in speeches and interviews.

Lighting was tuned to complement the ballroom ambience, keeping skin tones natural while emphasizing the elegant warmth of the event décor. The final video blends all these layers, visuals, sound, and emotion, into a cohesive storytelling reel that celebrates people and purpose.
