Behind the Shot

The farewell event’s Happy Hour segment was held at a hangout space with mixed and uneven lighting. To make sure everyone was captured beautifully, I brought in my own custom-built cinematic lighting setup,  balanced lights designed to complement skin tones and bring life to the scene without overpowering the natural ambience.

This allowed the full company group photo to look clean and well-lit, and turned the happy hour area into a lively, magazine-style atmosphere, even in an otherwise dim environment. It’s the kind of setup I often use for corporate events to elevate the look and feel of the final photos while keeping everything authentic.
