One of the good things during this shoot was the perfect weather and sea conditions during the shoot. The rain stopped in time just before we launched, and the waters were calm without much wind. We paddled in a chill way to a hidden mangrove nestled inside a river. It's one of the places in Singapore that is completely unreacheable from land. The only way is by paddling. An hour before sunset, we headed out to the open sea, to visit the tranquil lone kelong fishing farm. The resident dogs were there to greet us with loud barking. I am almost worried they may jump over to us. Being alone just 3 of us in the vast ocean, it felt like time had just stopped and we were completely in the present, free from worries.
